Satisfactory rating of "B" or better with the BBB (if not listed with BBB other reputation sites will be reviewed)
Company appearing on State Contractor license must be licensed for at least 1 year or qualifying owner/executive on State Contractor license must be licensed for at least 3 years.
Active Secretary of State license (corporation or LLC requirement only)
Active Seller's Permit (sole proprietor requirement only, if applicable)
